The types of courses on this site are relevant to the medical device industry only. These courses may include a range of topics covering regulatory frameworks, technical guidance, technology updates, risk management, design control, complaint management, quality management system and many more.
Course formats may be available in various forms, for example, video, audio, text, document download, illustration, and many more. The course instructor is responsible for selecting the best format to deliver a particular subject matter. All course materials and formats are subject to approval by SkillsMedTech before they are published.

Free courses and previews are available for anyone to view. The best way to experience this site and to access free courses is to first register with SkillsMedTech. Courses may be provided partially or completely for free. For courses that are partially free (meaning only selected modules are available for free), students will need to purchase the entire course in order to complete all its modules.
Paid courses require students to make a purchase before taking and completing the entire course. For these courses, the course price is stated in the course directory and on the single course page.
Free previews are available for paid courses. Instructors may offer some lessons for free to enable users to preview part of the course before they decide to purchase it. Simply go to the course curriculum and take the topics indicated for free. You do need to be registered first before taking free courses or topics.
Yes, it is possible for users to contact the instructor. This facility is available in the public discussion forum located within the course curriculum. Users can leave questions and engage with the instructor and other users also taking that course.
Registered and paying users can access their account details by following this link: My Account. On the account page, users can manage their profiles, change passwords, manage notification settings, manage billing details and view order history.

A user can access a paid course for 365 days or 1 year. Users have unlimited access to free courses or free reviews as long as they remain free. If a free course is turned into a paid course, a user can then only access it for 365 days.
